Ten Minute Documentary Treatment - Revised

I've revised the treatment for the ten minute film slightly to include the fact that we have an SWFC official willing to be interviewed and he is our 'expert'.  He will read out all the incidents that Tango Man had got involved in (without opinion or bias, just facts). 

I've also put in mention of a couple of examples of the style that we are adopting, that of observational, Chris Terrill / People Like Us kind of footage where we are privy to Tango Man at home and we film him behaving naturally then interview him.
